Venues

We curate to private gatherings, which can take place in any private venue, such as a living room, or in a public venue organised for a private function—such as a wedding or corporate event—with access by invitation.

Concerts

Our music genres include jazz, blues, rock, country, folk, and singer-songwriters. We have a roster of 150 bands available to suit your event.

Performances typically last either one hour (single set) without a break or two sets of 50 minutes each, separated by a 20-30 minutes interval.

Small bands (solo or duo) must be granted access to the concert area at least 1 hour prior to the event start. Larger bands (trio, quartet, etc.) should be allowed access 2 hours before the scheduled start time.

Hospitality

Hosts of private events are required to provide a complimentary meal and regular drinks free of charge to the musicians. Hosts of private events are also required to provide an access to toilets.

Payment

Payment for the concerts must be made two weeks in advance.

Following each gig, the venue’s organiser will confirm that the performance took place, and the band will send an invoice to Live Music ASBL. Payment is then processed via bank transfer.
