At the request of our members, Live Music ASBL is delighted to organise private concerts and carefully curate the selection of bands.

Bands and music genres

Our Artists Management System contains detailed information on nearly 150 bands from Luxembourg and the surrounding areas, encompassing a variety of music genres including Blues, Jazz, Folk, Pop, Rock & Country. Please be aware that we do not cover other music genres, nor do we provide DJs. Band sizes range from solo performers to ensembles of up to six members, as well as big bands.

Hospitality

Concert hosts are expected to provide musicians with food and drinks, as well as access to toilet facilities.

Technical aspects

It is important to note that Live Music ASBL does not organise or supply stages, tents, sound systems, or lighting. The bands bring their own equipment to perform at small venues. Bands require access to the concert venue at least one hour prior to the start time for set-up, and will need an additional hour after the concert for packing up.

Fee payment

Musician fees must be paid in advance to Live Music ASBL, right after booking confirmation. The fee will be transferred to the musicians after the concert has taken place, following confirmation of the event.

Publicity for private events

Please note that we do not disclose the locations of these exclusive events on our online events calendar. We only show the date and the band name as you can see in this example.
