General information
Our association’s primary objective is to support and promote the live music scene (live music) in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and its neighbouring regions.
Live Music ASBL complies with the “General Data Protection Regulation” (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Live Music ASBL processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and only for the following purposes:
- list of members: name, address, e-mail address, nationality
- project descriptions: names, external links
- list of partners: logos, external links
- calendar of activities: names, address of event locations, external links
- board members: names, external links
- contact: name and email address of the president and the webmaster
Live Music ASBL does not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Personal data will be kept for the time necessary for processing or for archiving purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, data subjects have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability of their personal data or limitation of, or opposition to, the processing of their data. Any data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing consented to before such withdrawal. A complaint may be lodged with the competent data protection authority.
To exercise the above-mentioned rights, the data subject sends an e-mail proving his/her identity and specifying the right he/she wants to exercise to the President.
This data protection notice, and all matters arising there from, are governed exclusively by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with exclusive jurisdiction in Luxembourg City.

Logos and photos are subject to copyright by the respective rights holders and cannot be used otherwise without their consent.

Comments are disabled on our website, which has no registration or login feature. As a result, we do not set cookies, except for administrators and editors of the site. The Participants Database plugin is used to manage the members’ register, allowing members to access, view, and edit their records or add new information without needing to be registered users.
