Our available genres include jazz, blues, rock, country, folk, and singer-songwriters, with a selection of 150 bands ready to perform. Music ensembles range from solo, duo, and trio to quartets, up to septets.

Fact Sheet

As curator of concerts, Live Music ASBL requires comprehensive information about the performing artists / bands and needs materials that comply with copyright regulations. This information is essential for promotional purposes and to inform the venues about the bands’ specific requirements.

Live Music exclusively books bands listed in the Sounds Artists Management System (SAM). To be included in SAM, music bands and artists need to complete and submit this Band Fact Sheet:  SAM-Band-Fact-Sheet.docx (10 KB).

Invoice & fee payment

The payment of fees for artists is made exclusively by bank transfer and upon receipt of an invoice after the event. The invoice can be sent in PDF format via e-mail to The invoice must include the following address:

The fee transfers are usually made within one month from the date the invoice was transmitted. Please do not send any reminders within this delay.

Band Aid

Our web page Band Aid gives practical advice on making technical documentation (tech riders, stage plots, and channel lists), creating your own web site and promoting your concerts. The page also shares tips on how to name band photo files, highlighting the need to include copyright details for proper credit. With clear instructions and expert tips, “Band Aid” aims to support musicians in presenting themselves confidently and professionally, whether for gigs, festivals, or recording sessions.

Booking agents & tour operators

We support local bands and are unable to accommodate or cover fees for bands touring across Europe. Please refrain from submitting such requests.
